Co-Founder
Co-Founder of Socialbytes, carries with her more than two decades of experience in the social and corporate sector especially in the field of grants, finance, auditing and operations. Padma brings to Socialbytes, her vast experience in financial planning and management, budgeting and meeting the compliances and the routine operational aspects with a clear strategic outlook and vision.
Gurukiran
Co-Founder
social activist and a development professional and founder of Socialbytes. He has worked in the sector for more than two decades to fight for the rights of marginalised communities including gender/sexual minorities. He started his career with a large rural development agency in Karnataka and later worked with leading NGOs implementing programs in partnership with UNICEF, UNDP, GFATM, Plan International, Hivos, BMGF, USAID and NACO. Gurukiran believes in the power of technology as a tool to bring larger social changes.
